Applicability of this Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy applies to our processing of personal information in our capacity as a controller. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we process on behalf of our merchant-customers solely as a service provider. Our processing of such personal information is governed by the agreements we have with our merchant-customers. We will only use any such personal information as permitted in those agreements.

Job applicants

This may also include demographic or diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We may also conduct background checks and receive related information.
